Making Payments

Getting Married in Scotland

Deposits

To make a secure booking we ask for a deposit of £100 please for the ceremony so we can secure the date for you, set the ball rolling and start the information gathering (payable to Angie Alexandra please). If booking a ceremony with DVD and/or photographs a further deposit of £150 is payable please (so a total of £250).

Interim Payments

For the Tailor-made Wedding options we ask you to pay a further £150 once a first draft of the ceremony has been created; then to pay the remaining balance and expenses a few days before the ceremony.

For the Themed Wedding option we ask you to pay a further £100 on your receipt of a copy of the ceremony; then to pay the remaining balance and expenses a few days before the ceremony.

For the Simple Wedding option we ask you to pay the remaining balance and expenses before we begin the ceremony on the day.

For DVD and/or photography we ask for a further £200 payment before or after the ceremony on the day, then the final balance payable on receipt of the DVDs.

Payment plans

We’re open to agreeing a payment plan and to us making some kind of agreement clarifying what you’ll pay and when, so that you pay over time and make your final payment before or on the day of the ceremony. We can make a payment plan in a variety of different ways.

  • You can write post-dated cheques which we then bank on agreed dates or you can make a payment online to us on agreed dates

  • We can accept payments by credit card which would cost you slightly more to cover the fees incurred for using the credit card option

Please note we reserve the right to amend the amount payable as a deposit and the consequential payments due if you book a ceremony less than two months prior to the date of the ceremony.
